In business since 1985 Spokas and Company provides an endless array of maintenace to many company's all over Colorado. Included in our services are mowing, fertilizing, irrigation installation and maintenance, trimming, prunning, landscape installation, landscape lighting, hardscape installation, and lastly pond maintenance and installation.
To keep busy year round Spokas and Company also offers Snow removal for commercial sites through out Colorado. Spokas and Company is involved with Snow & ice management association (SIMA), Which allows our employees to be fully trained in Snow Safety and educate them in proper snow removal.
Holiday Lighting:
Around the holidays our personal elves are out hard at work to keep the Christmas spirit alive. We install a full line of LED Christmas lights that requires a very low amount of energy and can cut your normal christmas lighting bill to more than half the cost! We Start our holiday cheer the Middle of November.

Irrigation Maintenance:
Spokas and Company Inc. offers irrigation maintenance to commercial and residential clients. Our many years of experience, our large customer base and continuing education are the main reasons why we are the best trouble-shooters in town. No matter what brand or make, we can help pin-point problem areas in your system.
Our Spring season starts off with a system initialization for leaks ,breaks and any improper coverages of your irrigation system. We'll educate you in proper water schedules and coverage for the seasons and make sure that you fully understand the basics for proper future use.
Towards the middle end of the Fall season we offer winterization, a compressed blow out of your system. we conduct a full drain of your valve lines and copper housing at the house so there are no major breaks or freezes through the winter. At that time any repairs that may be needed can be resolved before the fridged winters.
